Returns and Refunds
Any complaints regarding defective or damaged goods must be sent via email to info@paraibagioielli.it within 8 days of receiving the goods.
The communication must include the code, the number of pieces, and the number and date of the invoice of reference of the reported products. It is also requested to attach a photo of the defective or damaged products.
Defective or damaged items must be stored pending our instructions, and therefore must not be arbitrarily thrown in the waste, nor given away even if they are unusable.
Given the impossibility of returning the product, if expressly requested by us, the customer
will lose the right to any form of compensation.
The return of goods must be previously authorized by PARAIBA GIOIELLI SRL.
Authorized returns must be sent carriage paid to:

accompanied by a regular delivery note and the relevant purchase details.
PARAIBA GIOIELLI carries out exclusively b2b sales (sales between companies with VAT number).
