The offer and sale of products on our website www.paraibagioielli.it are regulated by the following General Conditions of Sale.
The products purchased on our site are sold directly by PARAIBA GIOIELLI srl inside transparent envelopes and/or cardboard supports (without matching cases).

Definitions
paraibagioielli.it offers products for sale and carries out its commercial activity only and exclusively towards retail companies and operators in the sector.
These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, sending and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the site between users of the site itself and PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl.
The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of products by other parties that are present on our site through links, banners or other hypertext links. We recommend checking the conditions of sale of these parties before making any purchases.
Registration
To complete a purchase, as well as view the prices of the products offered on the Site, you must be registered.
The procedure for registering on the Site requires the completion of an electronic form, the fields of which must be filled in with the Customer's personal data and email address. Such data will be processed in accordance with the current legislation on privacy protection. Following registration, the Customer will be the owner of a personal account which can be accessed through a strictly confidential username and password. The assignment of these credentials guarantees the Customer anonymous identification. The Customer will be responsible for not disclosing his/her password to third parties for any reason.
The staff of PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl will cancel the account if it remains inactive for a period of time or if it does not comply with the conditions and terms in force on this site.
The Customer will be held responsible for any irregular actions and behaviors and in conflict with the regulations in force or with these General Conditions committed by anyone using the personal account on his behalf. The Customer is required to promptly report to PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl any theft, loss or misplacement of the password, as well as any incorrect use by third parties of the account or its password of which he has become aware.
Conclusion of the contract
The Contract stipulated between PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl and the Customer must be considered concluded at the moment in which the order has been forwarded by the Customer, in compliance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Site and once the debit authorization has been obtained from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer for the payment, or the advance bank transfer has been received to settle the order itself.
The order sent by the Customer will be binding for PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any indication of errors by the Site.
By confirming the order to PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the General Conditions.
The purchase order form will be stored in the Site's database for the period of time necessary to process the orders.
Once the contract has been concluded, PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl will send the Customer, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed information on the price, payment methods, delivery costs).
The Customer must promptly verify the content of the communication and immediately report to PARAIBA GIOIELLI Srl the presence of any errors or omissions.
